Education and Training for a growing population

Community Care Options is dedicated to providing quality education and training to administrators, care providers, and nurses of Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) and Adult Residential Facilities (ARF). Their curriculum is approved through the California Department of Social Services, the Nursing Home Administrators & the board of Registered Nurses.

Community Care Options needed a training partner that understood that accessibility and ease of use was a critical piece of any online transfer of knowledge. By choosing Coggno as their partner they knew they would achieve this and be able to deliver the courses they need to their community of clinicians and administrators.

Not only does Coggno deliver the internal training to Community Care’s expanding membership of internal participants, through a web shop and e commerce solution, Coggno has facilitated the sale of Continuing Education Units to Residential Care professionals throughout the state

These Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) qualify each trainee annually to continue in their field. The courses, and associated assessments and certifications are all managed within the Coggno platform.

Community Care Options has successfully delivered thousands of state certified courses throughout the state.

By partnering with Coggno, Community Care Options has stabilized, and expanded on their curriculum, and community access to training. They now are beginning to branch out into other states, as well as work more closely with California department of Social Services, to deliver even more relevant training.
