The Design-Build Institute of America is the only organization that defines, teaches and promotes best practices in design-build. Design-build is an integrated approach that delivers design and construction services under one contract with a single point of responsibility.

The DBIA selected Coggno as its eLearning platform for its flexibility and ecommerce functionality The DBIA has a highly educated professional membership base, and the need to deliver effective training and certification to this population in an effective sophisticated and functional manner was a primary requirement. With a membership throughout the U.S. in 14 different regions, the DBIA needed a mean of delivery that would distribute the curriculum to all regions easily and simultaneously.

The DBIA courses are SCORM driven; they also use the Coggno Question Bank and Assessment tools to verify and certify knowledge transfer.

An interface that was in keeping with the demands of a community focused on design elements was a primary driver in the DBIA’s decision to partner with Coggno for training delivery.
