You have content. You know how to phrase it. Now, how do you structure it? Structure is the key for a smooth-flowing, and thus easier to grasp, learning system.
What knowledge do you want your audience to end up with? What do you think they will start out knowing? How do reconcile these two streams of thought? Once again, the trick here lies in empathy. Learners crave simplicity and coherence in a learning system, which means you will want to remain lineal throughout.
So split it up into chapters, footnotes, end notes, dice it, sauté it, grill it—just make sure your learning system remains consistent to spare your learners confusion.

Language is the filter through which we perceive the world. It would make sense to deduce, consequently, that a successful learning system considers that how you word you content is just about, if not just as, significant as what the content is.
This may not be as obvious as you imagine.
Not only should the concepts be communicated clearly, but it would be beneficial to convey them using positive and encouraging language as well (particularly at the beginning, when learners are most apprehensive). Presenting learners with even daunting tasks, when in lighthearted language, doubtless makes your learning system easier to digest. It’s all about perspective.
Refrain from incorporating elevated language into your learning system until you’re sure your audience will understand.
Empathizing with your audience helps. Remember when you were taking, instead of authoring, courses? Learning systems aren’t all abstract thought! They include a psychological factor, which greatly influences the reception and impact of information. Please visit this article for further details on learning systems and language.

The goal of a successful learning system is for the transfer of dynamic instructional content to a learner result in him or her finding the information useful and retaining it longer. To reach this level of efficiency, it is indispensable to consider the learner’s particular needs and psychological standpoint. Not an effortless task.
As stated in the previous post, ADDIE is a smart approach to take in a learning system. This is because it gravitates around comprehending the latest trends in learning and requirements, who the particular trainers and learners are, and the past, present, and future of training modes and requirements of a learning system.
However, this framework is static. A contemporary learning system calls for further versatility as well; the learning system must be dynamic, allow the learner to apply the new information, and the learned concepts must be useful.

Almost anyone can create an online training course. And with Coggno’s
learning system, even decent online training. But how do you make yours
spectacular in such a competitive professional realm?
They say there is a trick to every trade. Ours is sticking to the following tips.
1) Employ dynamic instructional content by pursuing the ADDIE
(Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model
of instructional design on our learning system. [It is also known as
ISD (Instructional System Design) and SAT (System Approach to
Training).]
2) Mind your discourse. Essentially, begin with layman’s terms, or your learners may not be able to keep up.
3) Structure can be as important as content. Put yourself in your
audience’s shoes and organize your course on our learning system
accordingly. Meaning, keep in mind what you want your learners to
accomplish by the end of the course, and exactly how you want them to
get there, starting at the beginning.
They may sound obvious to you, but the mistake of overlooking what lies
conspicuously beneath our noses is ubiquitous. So take extra advantage
of our learning system! Apply these fundamental concepts and reap the
prolific results.

Especially, when you’d probably rather spend that valuable time formulating the content of those questions for your coursework. Lo and behold, Coggno’s LMS once more comes to the rescue.
Use our LMS to create eight different types of questions, classify them by level of difficulty and category, add images, and place them into an assessment when ready. Using the questions from your bank, populate your assessments according to category or difficulty level, and include explanations for your learners to review.
