Overall a good course. Informative and practical. Waiting on the narrator to complete her reading was painful. You should be able to go on to the next page after so many seconds. The course doesn’t need to take that long in order to be effective.

I thought the class was great! Only one major problem with the printable book. Several times there is a page that is just plain solid red. What a waste of ink! I had just replaced my color ink on my printer and had to stop and get new ink! If you want a page that separates different parts of the book put an edging, not a solid page!

Much to repetitive! Asking questions during the discussions made it seem like elementary school. After you get the correct answer, it tells you why you have the correct answer??? I think if we got the correct answer we know why! It could have been condensed.

Felt an occasional test question to be improperly Formed. Don’t have the outline available But recall one in particular to be pertaining to Chart records always being of help in a defense With an answer of false. That is simply too deceptive.

Content is great and motivating. There were a few frustrating technical glitches. On two questions when I clicked submit answer, the curser somehow quickly clicked submit answer on the next question, submitting that next answer with no checked answer, therefore wrong. There was another time when I clicked submit answer and it was stuck for a half hour "thinking". I finally clicked submit answer again and it immediately skipped to the following question, again submitting a question with no answer. Maybe stagger the "Submit answer" button from page to page so that it is less likely to do this. Or allow a way to go back in that module until finished. It should not be this way! Another issue is that in the first two modules, it referred to a workbook that did not exist and I did not see a way to obtain a workbook. Fortunately I found my workbook from 3 years ago and was able to follow along well enough. I would appreciate any comments.

I felt that it was difficult to get into the program. I had trouble with the log in and it was also a problem to keep having to re-log in after each module to take the test.

I have taken this course before live and I feel that this was better. I certainly learned more this way, and I like the mini-test during the learning. My one complain was the cases that were presented, I wish they were in a bullet formate so we can easily see the issues and such faster and easier.

I liked everything about the course. No interruptions, nobody asking stupid questions. I think we should receive more then 8 ce credits, as it took longer then 8 hours to complete the course and exam.

Took a few days to complete working on it between patients and lunch, but course did everything the seminars have done in the past. Always take home a point or two.

Overall good course. Took a long time to complete, but helpful material. Can debate the wisdom of charging for the course for CNA members.

The content was very good. The structure was well laid out and easy to grasp. I could only give an OK rating because there was not an option to turn off the very sloooow but well articulated monologue. At every screen, I found myself waiting and waiting for the dialogue to end so I could move on to the next screen. As a result, the course completion time is unnecessarily extended.

the cost should be covered by our insurance company since we ultimately save them money by reducing our claims.those doctors that choose to take the course earn that 7.5% reduction of premium for three years by having to go through a very time consuming on-line course.the old course with a paper manual allowed you to go at your own speed, access the forms if needed and use as a quick reference source in the office.all the information was important and it will help my practice.

The courses made you think about malpractice risks. So I suppose it will be helpful. Also it will prompt me to change some of the thinks I do at the office

I agree with Gilda that a link at the end to access all the forms would be nice. It was a little long so I was happy it was in modules so I could complete over time instead of in one day.

I would like to have had a link at the end or at the end of each module to access all of the sample forms to print out. Now I need to see if I can go back and do this piecemeal, which will be difficult and time consuming. Is there another way? Otherwise excellent course format.
