Usually not a fan of online courses but really enjoyed this course… Reasons being that it was right to the point, informative and not too time consuming.

The course itself was perfect, informative and straight to the point. It showed everything one needed. The only issue I had was with the taking of the course. Internet Explorer is not supported and it took me a few days of having to deal with customer support to find this out. A warning on the Coggno website to use another browser would have helped out tremendously.

I recently took the Hawai’i Class C UST Operator Training Online Course through Coggno.com. The website was very easy to navigate through and the course was systematic and on point. Visual, audio and spot quizzes aided in retaining knowledge of the course.

The course was very user friendly, easy to understand, and teaches what your duties & responsibilities are. At times, you might be the only one assigned to do the task so whoever assign's this to you, they should be just as qualified or even should be your alternate.

Very informative. I disagree with one of the questions in the final exam: if you get a reading on the fuel monitor that you absolutely do not understand, what should you do? I answered, hit the fuel cutoff switch. That was incorrect. The test said that to call your manager is the correct answer. In one of the modules, we were told to hit the fuel cutoff switch if a customer came in the store shouting "fire". What if my manager was unavailable? Thank you.
