The Resident Rights/Abuse and Neglect Online Training Course explains the rights of a resident under WI DHS 83.32 (3). This training course includes: house rules, coercion, retaliation, confidentiality, restraints, self-determination and grievance procedures for assisted living and healthcare providers.
