    We noted a gap in my recorded audio between 14:39 and 14:47 where I was generically discussing the creation of failures by applying the test to cables where a real world event would not be present. The example was associated with coupling of the waveform at the specified test levels is not supported for very short cable where the coupling efficiency is limited. IN a conducted simulation we can create the test level specified but if this is not feasible in real world applications we incur costs to make the test item immune solving a non-existent problem. Consider this in procedure development and exempt cables that are not exposed or are realistically too short to support the induced current. ~Steve F.
