The seminar was thoughtful, well-organized and easy to follow. The speaker did an excellent job and obviously knew the subject matter.

My only complaint, and I consider it a serious one, is that the attached materials for the course were not available. I clicked on the link several times throughout my time listening to the presentation. I sent a request for customer support. While I did receive a reply, the customer support representative either did not understand what the difficulty was or chose not to help. They assumed that I was having difficulty accessing the course and gave me instructions to access the course and said, in essence, that there was no trouble viewing the course slideshow or listening to the presentation. I explained more than once that I could hear the presentation and see the slides but could not access the attached materials. Eventually, the customer service representative posted a message that stated that the matter was considered resolved – which it was not.

Below is the communication between the customer service representative and me (with most recent message first):

Your request (#10553) has been deemed solved.

Midtnlaw, December 31, 2014 11:28: It is NOT the player or course I am having trouble accessing, but the attachments. Here is the message when I click on "attachments" and then "materials": "Unable to find current SCORM session. Make sure that the cookies are enabled in your browser."

PLEASE tell me how to access the materials.

Midtnlaw, December 31, 2014 10:40: Since there is a quiz at the end of this course, and I need to finish the course today, it is kind of important that I have access to the materials.
