Good training, very in depth, and the quiz is challenging-which is important. The actual modules need to be self-guided. I must have clicked the Next button 200+ times throughout the 10 modules. Make it into a long running video that can be paused and reversed when the user would like. API training is a good example.

I thought the course was very informative, however, i think it could be condensed a bit. The one comment that got old was "OK, let's go learn" – that's the whole purpose of the course!

looks like some one already commented on the two voice issues, plus some of the questions are miss-typed and/or incomplete. If you are going to charge for these type of on-line courses you should review its content and once and a while ensure your quality of service. Over all the course was long but very informative. Some the questions were difficult to understand may want to clear these up. this course was meant to be educational not tricky. thanks for listening.

Course is good. The final exam is a bit odd and difficult because of the questions that you have to choose multiple correct answers within one problem. I also have called the phone number at the end probably 4 times and have not gotten a response back so i am still waiting.

I had to quickly take over the A/B Operator role for my facility after our outside vendor went out of business. This course was just what I needed. I'm much more comfortable taking on this responsibility, I understand my equipment more than ever now. I am grateful we can access this course anytime in the future for reference or a refresher. I know I'll need it! Thank you.

Very interactive and well explained course and of course tells a whole lot about the gravity of the problem. BUT why on earth "The Certificate" does not bear Serial Number.? Which question itself about the validity of the so well tested Program. Sharad
