It is great to have this course self paced. Some of us work odd schedules where traditional scheduled classes would not be possible.

Self paced, informative and practical course. 2 to 3 minutes worth of "here's what future UST regs may be" would be valuable. Thank you!

The work book was not as user friendly as I would have liked. I was hoping for pictures and easy to use notes. The questions and blanks were distracting.

The images that show before and after of the tank breaking through the parking lot of a convenience store left a sour taste. The "before" picture was obviously an altered version of the "after" picture, and poorly photo-shopped. I get the intent, but it would have been better just to explain the "after" picture and leave it at that. Inserting an altered photo tends to cast doubt on ones integrity. Other than that, well done.

Great videos but I agree that there should be quizes after each module to help retain the information. By the time I took the test, I had a difficult time remembering what was in the first few modules.

The Washington Class A/B UST Operator Training Online Course was well worth the money. The videos were well done and fully prepared me for the Washington A/B UST operator test. The best part of the online course is being able to take a break whenever you want and work at your own pace.

Overall I thought the content and the training was excellent. I small suggest is that there are quizzes after each module to help the trainees retain the information. This info is all new to me and I was tripped up on some of the questions. It would have been helpful for me to take a quiz following each section. Thank You.

What a great option! I recommend printing the entire study guide off to have at hand before the test. Ben Thomas does a great job he also has quite a few youtube video's well worth watching. If I hear of ANYONE as desperate for info as I was I'm gonna give them Ben's info which you can find on Washington State UST training sites….thank you Ben Thomas for the training! Make sure to take the 10 lessons that have sound and pictures after you pass your Certificate is emailed to you and you print it off. Very slick and user friendly all online
