For the past 20 years, my goal as an instructional designer has been making learning more enjoyable, more immersive and most importantly, more impactful. Using a wide array of design tools gives me the opportunity to determine which combination will work best for the desired learning outcome. My unique skill set rests on top of a strong knowledge of adult learning and instructional design. Regardless of the topic or the industry, I always keep the learners and learning objectives at the forefront of everything I do. The courses I produce in the areas of compliance, personal growth and health/safety are differentiated from those offered by many other eLearning design companies.
