I felt that some of the modules could have been condensed. That being said, I still thought that the material covered was great; just the actual presentation could use a little touching up.

while the material is extremely useful and being able to work at your own pace is nice the system does not flow well with how the separate modules in the training section flow. For those of us that have limited time to complete something like this that would help immensely.

For Me, This was a much better course than the one I took 3 years ago through the State of Montana. Although the Montana Test was FREE, it was a very difficult undertaking for a group of people who had never really been exposed to underground tank containment before. That Test (Montana) was very technically written and didn't connect very well with novice Operators like me. This Test, though more costly, related to me on a much more practical basis and made me more keenly aware of how important our responsibilities are at our stations. Thank you for your efforts in our instruction. Mark Davis Costco Gas

I think the test helped me understand a few more things about what the reason behind the ust inspector comes out for and helped familiarize myself with the technical terms.

Hi Ben! Excellent on line class! Great photos and presentation! I rated it "medium" in difficulty, thinking of a brand new A/B operator taking it. As we discussed via email, below are a few minor "typos" I found: Lesson 3- "Whats under the lid" slide- "Lid" is capitalized but riser, probe, etc are not. Lesson 9- "temporary closure" slide – extra space between lines 2 and 3 and lines 4 and 5 Lesson 9- Notification Basics slide- Installations and Upgrades – the rest are capitalized Lesson 4.5- Interstitial Monitoring Summary slide- Maintain records 1 years (should be "year") Lesson 10- What to check for slide – extra space between "or" and "balanced" Lesson 10-You say to keep "3 year corrosion tests the last 2 months worth". I think you mean to keep the last 2 corrosion test results?

Anyway, very minor suggestions. Excellent class! Laure
