the test was not that hard, after not passing, and could review the mistakes. it would have been alot easier if one hand a manual. the vidoes were good, but had better take notes. too much to remember without notes. overall was a good learning tool.

This was a very easy to follow along with type of class. The images were a great help better understand not only what things should look like but also what they should not look like. I was very impressed with how they expressed the material. Great course.

Having operated, maintained and overseen construction/remodel of a few fueling stations, I found the material to be very straight forward. It would have been good to have this information years ago since owning and maintaining a fueling station for a commercial entity is a small portion of my responsibilities. It is good to have the information in a single, concise packet. I do have concerns about the required certification which leads to accountability, responsibility and, the sure to follow, liability that comes upon a individual employee when they may not have the time to dedicate to fulfilling federal program requirements.

The information was good, but the way it was presented was poor. There were a lot of slides that were less than 10 seconds long that required you to click the forward button to continue. Most of the time, the next chapter would not load until you closed it out and try to open it again many times. Very frustrating.

The information was presented in an organized manner and highlighted the main points well. The weak point of the course was the presentation of UST's opinions along with requiremnts, this made the test a little more difficult then it otherwise would have been.

The training was informational and great to be able to take online. We have a UST for heating fuel only, so much of it does not pertain to my situation, but I did learn a lot and would recommend your online course to anyone that needs to take it.

The training itself was very good. Getting signed up was a little difficult in fact there still appears to be a problem with the billing of this to my credit card.
