This Handler and Driver Hazardous Materials by Ground (Course) is designed for Handlers and Drivers who are involved with hazardous materials. Taking this course will allow the employee to meet the DOT requirements for General Awareness Training (Part 172, Subpart H, 49 CFR) . The DOT general awareness training program is a high-quality medium that ensures coverage of all the significant compliance issues.
Examples and test questions will help you document hazmat employee qualification as required by the DOT. Modules include: Introduction to the regulations The Hazardous Materials Table and Identifying Hazardous Materials Packaging Marks and Labels Shipping Papers Placarding Loading and Reporting Security Awareness. The course is fully animated and narrated and includes a final student assessment to verify understanding of the material presented.
