Most jobs involve some form of manual handling, so essentially all workers are at risk no matter how minimal they believe the work to be. This Manual Handling Healthcare Catering course highlights the importance of thinking ahead before moving any sort of load and ensuring that the route is clear, both essential to reducing and eliminating the risk of manual handling injury.

Once the course is completed you will have learned how to safely use a trolley, correct lifting techniques, the importance of planning and communication prior to moving a load and how to prevent slips, trips, and falls in the kitchen environment. Move forward 28 years and not only do we boast a suite of over 300 generic training videos and online eLearning training programs but Channel 1 is now the preferred choice of many large and small Australian organisations for corporate video production.

A key focus for us has been workplace health and safety, staff development as well as sales and customer service training videos. Many of these videos are now available in self paced online learning.
