Abdominal pain may be due to a variety of conditions, either chronic, recurrent or acute. Pain or discomfort is located between the bottom of the diaphragm and the top of the pelvic region. The inflammation of appendix tissue that extends from the large intestine is Appendicitis. It’s a life threatening condition which needs immediate surgery to remove the appendix tissue.
