First, we look at the importance of using the CC and BCC fields to make sure the email is only sent to the right people. Then we look at how to effectively title an email so that the recipients will be able to see straight away what the message is about. The course then goes on to provide tips for how to organise your thoughts so that the email can be understood quickly and clearly. Finally, we provide you with writing tips so that you can get the tone and style of the email right. The wrong style can risk causing offence, but the right style will impress clients.
