Description
Substance abuse causes harm to more people than just the abuser. This course teaches workers what substance abuse is and the effects it has on workers and their employers. It also discusses the costs substance abuse has on the organization. This course provides information on how you can help someone with a substance abuse problem and ways you can reduce the risks of substance abuse. Resources are made available to help you learn more about substance abuse, prevention and intervention. Ideal learners are all employees, including managers and supervisors.
