Dry good course which covered the basics of a DFWP’s issues. I would recommend it to new supervisors.

I was trying to distribute the course to someone else, but accidentally clicked start. There was no way to distribute it after that. I decided to take the course myself. The only issue that I had was the first question that I answered incorrectly never indicated what the correct answer was. It would be nice if after the test was completed, the correct answered would be shown so the user can make the correction in real life. The resources tab if a bit confusing. It would take you out of the test and then when you tried to start the test again it would go back further than you expected. It seems liek the test should just pause at that moment and resume from that point.

Great info on the subject, and some what confusing questions. Which i don't mind. It would be extremely helpful to get the correct answers on the ones that were missed. This is something that could help us do our jobs better.

If you miss a question, being able to see what you missed would be good.

I felt that the course did a good job of explaining what is needed from a supervisor. The test cases were especially helpful at providing "real world" samples of different situations and how to handle them. More of these would be beneficial.

This has been the exact same material for the past 5 years. I would like to think it could be changed to provide different insights into our Drug-Free Workplace Policy.
Author 2.5 years agoHi Mike, Thank you for the feedback. Safex is in the process of creating an entirely new course for Supervisor Training which should be launched in the next month or two in response to this feedback.
