MOSH Workplace Safety (State OSHA Plan)
Requirements
- Provide a workplace free from recognized hazards under the Maryland Occupational Safety and Health Act
- Train employees on hazards specific to their job (hazard communication, PPE, emergency action, etc.)
- Maintain injury and illness records and post required MOSH notices
- Report fatalities and severe injuries to MOSH within required timeframes

Certification Details
