However, with a little forethought, improved technique, and some planning, the required manual handling can be relatively risk-free. This Manual Handling Healthcare Non-Clinical course looks at how manual handling affects the non-clinical area of the hospital and provides a range of tips and procedures to eliminate exposure to these hazards.

Once the course is completed, you will have learned the responsibilities of both the employer and employee in regards to health and safety and how to control the risks associated with carrying a load, using a trolley, different working positions, working at a computer, and frequent muscle use. Move forward 28 years and not only do we boast a suite of over 300 generic training videos and online eLearning training programs but Channel 1 is now the preferred choice of many large and small Australian organisations for corporate video production.

A key focus for us has been workplace health and safety, staff development as well as sales and customer service training videos. Many of these videos are now available in self paced online learning.
