For the Spanish Food Protection Manager exam , it is a legal requirement that somebody watches you take the exam, these people are called proctors. A proctor is an approved, neutral person who ensures the integrity of the environment, security of the exam, and to confirm the identity of the person taking the exam.

What you'll learn
