Illinois SB 75 In January 2020, SB 75 went into effect in Illinois. Senate Bill 75 created the Workplace Transparency Act, amended the Illinois Human Rights Act and the Victims' Economic Security and Safety Act, while introducing the Sexual Harassment Victim Representation Act and the Hotel and Casino Employee Safety Act. The changes require employers to update their training practices, key policies, personnel forms, severance agreements, and arbitration agreements. In this course, we'll talk through these changes, giving you a basic understanding of Senate Bill 75.
