This course introduces you to Confined Spaces and Permit-Required Confined Spaces (PRCS), helping you recognize these spaces in your workplace and understand what makes them so dangerous. You'll learn about atmospheric, engulfment, and configuration hazards, and the controls used to address each before entry or work begins.
You'll also learn how to recognize warning signs of unsafe conditions, when to stop work, and your role and responsibilities as an awareness-level worker. An interactive simulation is available for desktop, mobile, and VR headsets.

Caught-In & Caught-Between Awareness defines the basic hazards associated with caught-in or caught-between conditions found on typical jobsites.
Additional topics include unguarded machinery, buried-in or by, and pinned between hazards and their control methods. Learners will identify, prevent, and become more mindful of circumstances that could lead to possible injuries on the jobsite.
An interactive simulation is included to guide the learner through a virtual construction jobsite where they can observe workers completing dangerous tasks and identify various caught-in and caught-between hazards.
