We'll discuss putting the five competencies into practice and taking an EIQ inventory to measure your emotional intelligence growth.

Emotional Intelligence: What Is Emotional Intelligence? Having a solid understanding of emotions, be it our own emotions or the emotions of others, helps us to be better people, particularly in the workplace.
