The state of Delaware has a long history of protecting the rights of every employee and every employer is required to have a zero-tolerance policy toward sexual harassment and every complaint of sexual harassment is taken seriously. In 2019, Delaware passed SB360 which requires sexual harassment training for all employees in businesses with 50 or more employees every 2 years.
