A Drug-Free Workplace Program is intended to keep employees safe and prevent loss for the company. Education and Training is key to a successful program.
This Drug-Free Compliance: Supervisor Training (Reasonable Suspicion) course (Formerly Drug-Free 202) helps the attendee/supervisor understand:
- the definition of reasonable suspicion
- signs and symptoms of substance misuse
- what gets in the way of stepping up and dealing with employees who may be under the influence
- the things we do to “enable,” or allow the alcohol/drug use to continue
- work flows for addressing reasonable suspicion situations
- difference between the supervisor's role and the role of the employer’s Drug-Free Workplace Program Administrator
