Discrimination is a big deal. Regardless if you are the one being discriminated against, the one doing the discriminating, or if you are seeing it happen around you, discrimination is real and it can be a serious problem. In "Dealing with Discrimination in the Workplace" you will learn the steps to 1) help you recognize when discrimination is occurring, 2) identify how to acknowledge the situation, and then 3) know how to proceed to eliminate the problem. Through the use of application exercises and a rich multimedia process, you will gain the skills you need to truly identify, address, and deal with discrimination.
