Dr. Suresh graduated from National University of Malaysia (UKM) with a Doctorate degree in Quality and Productivity Improvement (Statistics Department) in 2003. A statistician with a bachelor’s degree in Statistics from University Putra Malaysia, Dr.Suresh’s Masters Degree is also in the area of Quality Management (QPI) from UKM. Dr.Suresh has been actively involved in the field of continual systems improvement activities since the beginning of his tertiary education.
A strong believer who advocates the importance of quality (of life), Dr Suresh, who is a certified Lead Auditor, brings along with him a wealth of regional knowledge and experience to share. With his more than 20 years’ experience in Quality Management System, he has conducted various trainings and workshop in the area of systems audit, workplace and documentation / procedural improvements, ISO 9001 QMS, variation and waste control mechanisms and other practical problem solving techniques including statistical tools.
He has also helped many clients to develop effective Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) documentations, Performance Measures and reports while developing required training plans for the clients’ workforce. Expertise in QMS (ISO9001), Lead Auditor(QMS), Anti Bribery Management System (ABMS), Internal Auditing(QMS, ABMS), TQM, System Documentations, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Data Management and Statistical Analysis.
Has worked in Malaysia, Brunei, China, Indonesia, United Republic of Tanzania, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and South Africa
